Rom 10:14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

JESUS didn't command us to "Go ye into all the world and PREACH the gospel..."
for nothing!

The day of Pentecost 3,000 people were added to the New Testament church
AFTER PETER (BY THE HOLY GHOST) PREACHED to the multitude:
Act 2:36
Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.

Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.Rom 1:15
So, as much as in me is, I am ready to preach the gospel to you that are at Rome also.Rom 1:16
